Meet the Backbone team, Tamara Benetti and Valentin Prossliner. They are seasoned operators and highly skilled individuals combining DAO operations with management consulting and an accumulated experience of over 15 years in various operations roles. Valentin is the Operations Lead for the dYdX Ops subDAO, and Tamara leads events and partnerships at V DAO. Tamara’s previous experience includes 4 years at McKinsey, interim COO/General Manager roles at tech start ups, and various leadership roles in fully remote companies. Valentins previously was in various senior operations roles at start-ups (NFT - Studio, Animation Studio, and used-car sales platform).
Backbone thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, and ensures that all parties remain informed and aligned with the overarching objectives. Their specialty is applying operational best practices to web3 native organizational structures and finding the right balance between the two.
